Teaching the Craft
If you are thinking of becoming a Teacher, I want to ask you, why would you want to teach? What do you see as the goal for following this path?
To teach, one has to be willing to go over the same material again and again, looking at it each time with fresh eyes, so that you can pass the information along in a way that enthuses your student. It is not something that ca be given up when you get tired of your students, or when you decide that you need a break. Teaching the Craft takes an extraordinary amount of work, time and dedication to passing along the knowledge.
So, should you be a teacher? That is really for you to decide. Look at your life. Do you have a spouse, children, lovers, a job, hobbies, a coven, or any combination of the above? If so, then how much time are you willing to give up from this list to devote to your student? If you have more than one, the time needed grows at a logarithmic pace, much like the difference in having one child or three, so make sure that this is what you really want to do.
